Poor I received a call about my x-ray. I missed the call. I returned the call within 5 minutes and he did not answer my call, and there was plenty of time before closing. So I called in the AM on 11/21/2025, I spoke to the Dr. on staff and he directed me to the emergency room. The second Dr. reviewed my x-ray and stated that I might heart problem or pulmonary embolism. I am not happy with the initial doctors care or his bedside manner. He seemed very distracted and his bedside manner was deplorable. If I have to go back to urgent care I hope that another doctor will be available. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Dr Koch listened, spent time with me and tried to figure out what was wrong. Her diagnosis led us to find out what was going on and the ways to get it fixed

We're very attentive and even followed up with a phone call to see if I was improving. Received very good care.

We had an earlobe tear that required stitches. The wait was not long considering it was our first visit and we had paperwork to fill out. There were a total of 3 providers, including the doctor. There was a student doc, a staff member, and Dr. Koch. All were very pleasant and understanding. The 9 stitches were well done in a timely manner. All in all, it was a speedy process with very helpful staff.

My granddaughter was the patient and she got over her cold quickly. No strep throat! Two followups for a negative test and to check on her progress. They really care about their patients.

I was taken back to an exam room immediately, but was left in that room for an hour and a half. I was experiencing congestion, shortness of breath and a severe cough. I expected a chest cray to be taken, but only vitals were done. After sitting alone for over 30 minutes a swab test was done. I then sat there for another hour waiting for answers. I was told it was the altitude and allergies and was given an inhaler and allergy medication. It’s now been a week sick and 3 days back at sea level, and I’m still feeling horrible. I don’t think anything was accomplished.

Great without the doctor I wld not of made it. I'm not sure if this is the person in which I seen. But I did go to the hospital and was in there for 4 days due to an infection in the intestines.

Dr. Koch was very understanding of my situation and thorough in her explanation of how to treat it with the medication she prescribed. I like that she told me if my condition does not improve or worsens to reach out to the clinic again. It is comforting to know a medical facility is so close to me in Aztec.

I was in Anaphylactic shock and was give the correct treatment to reverse it very quickly. I am very happy with the treatment that was given to me.

Ms. Burcham treated a wound that was not healing and continued to bleed for several days. Her diagnosis and treatment led to the wound healing, and her manner eased my concerns and anxiety.

Treated my 7 year old daughter for ear infection and sinus infection. Was very nice and listened to her when she told him how she was feeling.

Danielle, and the whole staff, were kind and attentive. Danielle was professional and thorough. I would not hesitate to return to Aztec Urgent Care or recommend Danielle and the clinic to anyone I knows would the need and opportunity arise.

Excellent experience. Doctor was helpful, understood my concerns about getting an antibiotic sooner than later due to my elderly parents and I was in and out within an hour.

I recently had to take my 5 yr old to Aztec Urgent Care and like always they were absolutely wonderful I had to leave the lobby due to a PTSD episode and when I came back in I was worried that they would think I was rude or a little crazy instead the receptionist was very kind and caring and just concerned that I was ok I explained that the crying child had caused a episode and was reassured that they understood and that I was fine...Dr. Simmons was patient with my son and made sure he got all the different meds that he needed...I have always liked Aztec Urgent Care for the amazing doctors they have and also the awesome caring ladies running the front.

The staff were friendly and worked my daughter in quickly. Dr. Simmons was kind and showed wonderful bedside manner to my 2 year old. His diagnosis was correct and she was better by the next day.

Went in with a knee problem as seen promptly, everyone was friendly and knowledgable, and Shawna was on op of everything. Great experience.

After 24 hours with a terrible virus I arrived very dehydrated. They immediately administered an IV to boost my fluids. The whole visit was 5 star.
